These terms describe the rules for using Head Full of Noise and buying digital image downloads under the site's license tiers.
Head Full of Noise is operated by Dead Goat Company, LLC. By accessing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a download, you agree to these terms and to the refund policy posted on the site.
Effective date: April 9, 2026.
You may not abuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reproduce marketplace content in a way that exceeds your license, or use the site for fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity.
You are responsible for providing accurate information during account creation and checkout and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Orders, downloads, and entitlements may be tied to the account and email address used at checkout. Prices, product availability, and listing details may change over time. We may correct errors, update listings, or cancel an order if a pricing or technical mistake materially affected the transaction.
Checkout currently requires a U.S. billing address so we can calculate taxes and keep tax information tied to the order record. Payments are processed through Stripe.
A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the purchased file under the license tier selected at checkout and any usage details shown with that tier. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the platform, the catalog, or any rights not expressly granted with the selected license.
Different tiers are meant to cover different kinds of use. If you are unsure whether a planned use fits your selected tier, contact us before relying on that use.
The marketplace currently offers AI-generated images. Your purchase grants usage rights under the selected license tier. It does not grant exclusivity and does not automatically transfer copyright ownership in the underlying image file.
Under current U.S. Copyright Office guidance, copyright protection depends on human authorship and is analyzed case by case. Purely AI-generated material may have limited or no copyright protection, while human-authored elements, selections, arrangements, and modifications may still be protected. To the extent copyright or other intellectual property rights exist in marketplace content, they remain with Dead Goat Company, LLC or the applicable licensor unless expressly stated otherwise.
We may update, remove, suspend, reprice, or correct site content, metadata, listings, and access to parts of the service when needed for maintenance, security, operational reasons, or error correction.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and digital items are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be disclaimed under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes relating to the site or a purchase must be brought in a state or federal court located in Texas.
