FAQ
If you are trying to figure out what you get, how licenses work, or whether a purchase fits your use, start here.
Head Full of Noise is a curated marketplace for AI-generated images. The collection moves across a wide range of styles, subjects, and moods, from strange and surreal to more direct visual work.
Yes. For now, all images on the site are AI-generated.
Your order is typically prepared as a ZIP download containing the items you bought. If the order is attached to an account, you can later re-download purchased assets individually or as ZIP packages from your downloads library.
Successful orders can usually be downloaded from the confirmation page right away. Guest orders can be revisited through the confirmation link or email receipt, and they can later be attached to an account that uses the same email address.
No. You can check out as a guest. An account makes it easier to keep orders, favorites, and downloads in one place, and guest orders can later be attached to an account with the same email.
The catalog includes a mix of resolutions and aspect ratios. Each image detail page shows the delivered dimensions before purchase so you can judge whether a file fits your project.
Some images can work for print, but suitability depends on the delivered dimensions and your intended output size. As delivered, they are generally better suited to web use and smaller-format applications.
Not yet.
We offer different license options depending on how you plan to use the image:
Personal License
For personal projects, moodboards, comps, and private creative work.
Commercial License
For websites, social posts, editorial layouts, client presentations, and standard business use across typical digital and marketing channels.
Extended Commercial License
For broader campaigns, higher-volume promotion, merch, and print-heavy use.
Yes, with a commercial or extended commercial license.
Sometimes, with the right license. Personal purchases do not include commercial product rights, and broader merch or print-heavy use is generally a better fit for the extended commercial license.
No. All image licenses are non-exclusive.
Yes. The same image may be licensed to multiple customers.
No. You cannot resell, redistribute, share, upload, or repackage the original image files as your own product.
No. Purchased images cannot be redistributed or resold through stock sites, asset marketplaces, print-on-demand marketplaces, or similar platforms in their original form.
Buying an image does not by itself give you exclusive rights or trademark clearance. Because the licenses are non-exclusive, you should not rely on a purchased image alone as a trademark without separate legal review.
No. Your purchase gives you a license under the selected tier. It does not give you exclusivity or automatically transfer copyright ownership in the underlying image file.
Yes, within the scope of your license. If you significantly transform an image into new original work, some new human-authored elements may qualify for protection, but the original purchased image does not become exclusive just because it was bought from the site.
Not unless the license you purchased clearly allows that use. In general, the files are licensed to the buyer and cannot be redistributed as raw assets.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. They are more likely for duplicate purchases, delivery problems, technical failures, or material misrepresentation than for change-of-mind requests after successful delivery.
The site includes individual images, bundles, and collections.
The catalog will continue to evolve, but there is no set update schedule being announced yet.
Use the contact page or email info@headfullofnoise.com and include your order details so the issue can be reviewed quickly.
