Refunds
Because Head Full of Noise sells digital downloads, refund requests depend mainly on whether access was delivered and whether there was a real problem with the order.
Head Full of Noise is operated by Dead Goat Company, LLC. This policy applies to digital image purchases, bundles, and collections sold through the marketplace.
Effective date: April 9, 2026.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Because the marketplace sells digital downloads, purchases are generally not automatically refundable after files or download access have been delivered successfully. That said, we do want to correct legitimate problems and be reasonable when something goes wrong on our side.
Refunds may be considered when a purchase was duplicated by mistake, a download was not delivered correctly, a technical problem prevented access and could not be resolved, the purchased item was materially misrepresented on the site, or the wrong usage tier was selected and the license has not already been used in a way that cannot reasonably be unwound.
Refunds are generally less likely after files or access have already been delivered successfully and the issue is a change of mind, a project change, a creative preference decision, or a mistaken assumption about whether an image would fit a project.
If a refund is issued, it will ordinarily be returned to the original payment method, and download access connected to the refunded order may be revoked.
