Iron Maiden are crossing the pond once again! For a couple months they’ll be embarking on a North American tour starting in June. The tour is being called “Maiden England” (Made In England) and the setlist is said to be similar to their 1988 setlist from their “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son Tour.” As a bonus, Alice Cooper will tour with Maiden until July 21st when Coheed and Cambria take over the guest spot.
Lead singer Bruce Dickenson made the following statement:
“Our intention is to play about two thirds of the original track list of Maiden England (shown below), including some songs we have not played live in a very, very long time, plus other favorites we just know the fans are going to want to hear! We always try to give our fans a great show musically, but we have always tried to make it as entertaining and memorable an experience as we can visually. And we all feel this show is going to do that splendidly! We can’t wait to get started in Charlotte.”

Glad it was helpful. Definitely go see Maiden. There’s been rumors around that this may be one of their last tours.
Very psyched to have caught this. I saw them last time around with Steve Harris’ daughter opening, also. Alice Cooper opened this time (Comcast Center in Mansfield, MA), and totally rocked. Maiden played 9 of the songs listed above – very nice! Good sized crowd of 14,000+.
